HDLAVK has acquired the Hillen de Lelie (HDL) line of Ball Check Valves. The HDL ball check valves are used for industrial and municipal back flow protection. The simple and cost effective HDL design is an ideal solution for liquids containing high solids content. The HDL ball check valves and swing check valves are appropriate for water and wastewater applications through 24″.

Series 53: Ball Check Valves

FLxFL version is all ductile iron design
NPT versions available in ductile-iron or stainless steel
Laying lengths are to ANSI/ASME B16.10 for swing check valves
NBR (Nitrile) and Polyurethane balls available
Sinking and floating balls available
Ball is the only moving part
Ball moves completely out of the flow path for low head loss
Random seating of the ball on closing, ensuring long life
Pressure rated to 150 psi
Simple bolt on cover for easy inspection and maintenance
100% testing – All valves tested to 150 PSI leak test / 225 PSI shell test

Series 41: Swing Check Valve

Resilient seat is a steel core coated with EDPM

Body and bonnet are high strength ductile-iron
Available with tapping boss tapped and plugged
